I absolutely loved the charming decor of the hotel. The beautiful antique furniture and the cozy fireplace in the lounge area made me feel like I was staying in a historic country estate. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was excellent, with wide hallways and easily accessible elevators. It was a pleasure to explore the hotel's general areas and relax in such a lovely setting.
I would have appreciated more assistance from the children working there. It would have been nice if they could have offered some assistance with carrying luggage or provided more information on nearby attractions suitable for senior people.

Found this place to be really clean, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. the rooms were spacious, which I loved since I booked a large one. the best part was its location - it was right near a cool tourist spot and a variety of restaurants. Plus, it was nicely situated in the heart of the city. 🏨

The hotel's location was fantastic, right in the heart of a stunning natural reserve. It was great to have the famous attraction right in our own backyard, making it easy to explore and enjoy. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. From providing recommendations to assisting with any requests, they made us feel welcome and comfortable.
One major downside was the state of the hotel itself. It appeared run-down and in need of renovation.

We loved the convenient location of Hotel Medulio, with the Las Medulas World Heritage site just a short walk away. The hotel offered a good restaurant and friendly staff. The spaciousness of our 4-bed room was a pleasant surprise, and the bathroom had all the basic necessities. The hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore the area. The staff, although a bit distracted at times, were very nice. We were also pleased to receive free tickets for a walking tour of Las Medulas. we enjoyed coming back to the hotel after a long day of sightseeing and appreciated the decent wifi, especially in the 2nd-floor lounge area.
We felt truly spoilt during our stay at Hotel Medulio - no complaints at all.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of a World Heritage site and has a good restaurant on-site. the staff is friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable.
The hotel seemed a bit rundown and in need of renovation, especially considering the price. the beds were somewhat uncomfortable and the breakfast was expensive for what it offered.

Great value for the money with spacious rooms and a good-sized bathroom. The location was perfect, right next to the Medulas World Heritage site. The staff was friendly, especially the young girl who was very helpful during our stay.
The morning meal could be improved with more tables to avoid chaos.

Lovely mountain views, free Wi-Fi, and a playground for when I wanted to act like a child again. Great food at the restaurant, but my favorite part was the bar - they sure knew how to make a drink!
The garden was a bit too green for my liking, I prefer more concrete and less nature.
